By Contributed ReportPosted Dec. 29, 2015 @ 12:10 pm

PETERSBURG — The House of Restoration and its Senior Pastor, Dr. B. Marietta Brown, sponsored their 15th annual community Christmas parties and gift giveaway for the youth on Friday night Dec. 18, and Sunday, Dec. 20.

The party on Friday hosted 50 children and the party on Sunday hosted 40 children. The annual party, held on the third Friday night in December, provided enough gifts, food and fun for the youth.

House Of Restoration has operated over 20 outreaches at its location, serving the communities 363 days per year since 1999. The Church serves families, children and seniors with outreaches to include food, clothes, mentoring, tutoring, educational after school, music school programs and summer activities for the youth.

The church is a 501(c)(3) organization where all gifts are tax deductible and welcomed.
